Return & Refund Policy
California:
Due to the fluctuating and dynamic nature of the California laws, DOJ regulations and veto referendums, as of 9/22/16 we will NOT accept returns for any reason. All sales are final.
New York:
When using AR MAGLOCK products in New York, ALWAYS ensure you have permanently installed them using red Loctite. Our products are NOT designed to be removed, EVER.
Informed Consent and Release of Liability
I the purchaser of AR MAGLOCK, hereby accept and assume full responsibility for these risks and I agree that AR MAGLOCK and its parent corporation shall not be liable or responsible for any legal injuries to me or any incarceration resulting from my use of the AR MAGLOCK.
I expressly release and discharge AR MAGLOCK and its parent corporation, all owners, affiliates, managers, officers, directors, shareholders, partners, representatives and their principals, employees, agents and assigns of AR MAGLOCK and its parent corporation (collectively “the Indemnities”) from all claims, actions, and judgments which I or my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns may have or claim to have against any of the Indemnities, for all injuries or other damage which may result from my use of the AR MAGLOCK. This release shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns and me.
I hereby acknowledge that AR MAGLOCK and its parent corporation recommends that I consult my local and state police before installing and using the AR MAGLOCK product on my firearm(s).
I, understand there are certain risks inherent in using a product such as the AR MAGLOCK, as it is not officially approved within my state.
I also understand there exists the possibility of being arrested by local or state police with this product on my firearm. I also understand I may potentially be prosecuted and my firearms confiscated.
I hereby acknowledge that I must make the AR MAGLOCK a permanently installed product on the firearm of use. This will be accomplished by use of Red Loctite on the cap screw and drilling out the socket of the cap screw head, thus ensuring the AR MAGLOCK is permanently installed and cannot be removed with a hex wrench or any other tool.
I hereby acknowledge that any cartridge malfunctions misfires (jams), misfeeds, stovepipes and any other firing malfunctions need to be cleared by a certified firearms gunsmith / armorer. I agree not to attempt to clear a misfire, cartridge jam, stovepipe or any other malfunction by other means. If I attempt
clearing any firing malfunctions I absolve AR MAGLOCK and its parent corporation of all responsibility of personal injury to any and all parties.
I hereby agree that I will install the AR MAGLOCK to the specifications directed by the instructions and will keep the cap screw tightened on the product at all times, thus ensuring the magazine cannot be removed from the firearm until the action of the rifle is disassembled.
I hereby agree that I will use the product for its intended purposes without physical modification to the product or outside the standard method of operation found in the instructions for use. I understand
that if I operate this product outside the standard method of operation, my rifle may no longer be in compliance with state and local laws and regulations, thus exposing me to potential legal action.
I hereby understand compliance with state and local laws and regulations relies on the end users ability to utilize this product in the fashion it is intended. Modifications to the product or standard method of operation will cause my rifle to no longer be in compliance and I risk arrest. Additionally, unsafe and unintended methods of operation of the FIREARM may also cause non-compliance. Always use the firearm and AR MAGLOCK products as designed, engineered and intended for use.
I understand that if I operate this product outside the standard operating methods in the instructions for use, risk of harm or death may occur.
I understand to NEVER attempt to cycle the bolt carrier group (manually or otherwise) or fire a round with the action open (receivers separated), as this may cause serious injury or death AND potentially make my rifle non-compliant with laws and regulations! Operation of an AR-15 without the receivers / action fully closed may result in serious injuries or death.
I hereby acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the Legal Disclaimers page of this website in addition to read and fully understand the Terms of Use Page of this website.
I have read this release and understand all of its terms. I execute it voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance. This release shall apply to my use of the AR MAGLOCK product.

whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, the manufacturer/company shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
